・方法(Procedure)
寝る前に右の人差し指で左の手のひらに好きな人の名前を１０回書いて、左の手のひらを胸の上(心臓の辺り)に置きながら寝ると好きな人の夢を見やすい。
(Write down name of your love on your left palm with your right forefinger ten times before you go to bed and sleep with your left palm on your chest (on your heart). Then you will be easy to dream of your love.)

最低でも一週間は続けて下さい。
